State Operations Council
Leadership Committee: Recruits and develops volunteers, reviews volunteer applications and resumes. Recommends committee appointments.
Public Policy Committee: Leads public policy efforts for the state.
Victim Services Committee: Supports victims/survivors of drunk driving. Includes services or outreach to underserved populations.
Members at Large: Provides expertise to help state accomplish goals.
Skills/Training Requirements: completion of MADD orientation, good communication skills, ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment.
Community Action Site Leader/Member
Supports MADD’s mission by participating in a variety of MADD events, such as Sobriety Checkpoints and Victim Impact Panels. Helps recruit local volunteers and provides social support to each other and local victims impacted by violent crimes. Communicates with the State Office on area events and meetings. Skills/Training Requirements: completion of MADD orientation, good communication skills, ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment.
